Ali MacGraw
Elizabeth Alice MacGraw better known as Ali MacGraw is an award-winning American model actor author designer and animal rights activist. Ali MacGraw is famous for movies such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. Growing up in a family of artists living in New York she wished to pursue a career in the field of art. Her first job was as a photography assistant and then turned to acting and modeling. She received an award called the Golden Globe Award, for the most promising debutant. MacGraw's 1970 feature film Love Story was an international hit, earning her an Academy Award nomination and Golden Globe Award. With just three releases MacGraw was named the top female box-office start worldwide. Her handprints as well as her signature were inscribed at Grauman's Chinese Theater. The other films she has appeared on comprise The Getaway Convoy Players, TV miniseries The Winds of War and others. Moving Pictures, her 1991 autobiography, came out. MacGraw married three people.
