She is most well-known for her character Jen Scotts as part of Power Rangers Time Force Ted Mosby's younger sister Heather on How I Met Your Mother. Felicity was a regular character on ABC's Red Widow. She is also noted to be the very first female lead character in the Call of Duty franchise as Chloe Karma Lynch in Call of DutyBlack Ops II and Rebecca Chambers in Resident EvilVendetta. Marcus Coloma dated her. She got married to Paul Freeman by 2016. Lauren Cahill was her sister. Cahill was born Stafford Virginia. Within her first four years, she started to act in productions by the high schools run by her parents. Eight years later she took dance and singing classes. She had the honor of being Miss Pre-Teen Virginia in 1991 and was the very first runner-up in Miss Junior America. When she was a senior in Brooke Point High School she continued to act and was the president of several organizations, including those of the Honor Thespians. The year she was in junior high school was the first in the cohort of the same age group to score perfect marks on all the aspects that comprised her Governors School for the Arts audition for drama. At age 16 she also took home the overall award in the Actors Models Talent for Christ contest. Additionally, she was selected to join The Barton and Williams Dance Company, winning individual and company prizes. Marymount Manhattan College offered her the full amount of a scholarship, which was for arts and academics after she completed high school in 1998. At the age of 19, she quit school to pursue an acting profession.
